Today, in far away Sin City, Nevada, USA., during our Evangelism time, we met a homeless man who was sitting alone at a park with a lot people . Talking to him and praying for him later, he  immediately was relieved of a protracted health issue. He was thankful to the Lord. We encouraged him to pray all the time. Praise the Lord.

In the journey of faith, staying in prayer is not just a request but a divine invitation to build an intimate relationship with God. The Bible encourages us in James 5:16 to confess our sins, pray for one another, and trust in the power and effectiveness of righteous prayers.

Do you remember this story? The Persistent Widow (Luke 18:1-8)

In Luke 18, Jesus shares the parable of the persistent widow, highlighting the importance of unwavering faith in prayer. The widow approached an unjust judge seeking justice, and despite his initial reluctance, her persistent plea eventually moved him to grant her request. Jesus uses this story to teach us that if an unjust judge responds to persistence, how much more will our loving Father respond to our persistent prayers?

 *1. Patience in Waiting:* Pray for the patience to wait on God's perfect timing, trusting that He knows the best time to answer our prayers.

 *2.Strength to Persevere:* Ask for the strength to persevere in prayer, especially when faced with challenges or delays.

 *3.Faith in God's Plan:* Pray for unwavering faith, believing that God's plan is always greater than our understanding, and His ways are higher than ours.

 *4.Discernment in Prayer:* Seek discernment in your prayers, aligning your desires with God's will and surrendering to His divine purpose.

Heavenly Father, thank you for the privilege of prayer. Grant us the patience to wait, the strength to persevere, and unwavering faith in Your perfect plan. May our prayers align with Your will, and may we trust in Your timing, knowing that Your answers are always for our ultimate good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
