 *OUR DAILY WISDOM-12TH FEBRUARY 2024* 

Title: Embracing a New Beginning in Christ

Scriptural Verse: Isaiah 43:19 (NIV) - "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."

Greetings Beloved,

How are you Today?

Hope you are well in Jesus name.

Yesterday was an eventful Sunday. Many Sporting events took place around the World.  The Superbowl ( Google to know more) took place in Las Vegas. In Europe many cities hosted football ( known in America as soccer) matches.

In Qatar around Middle East, they hosted the Asian Cup and we heard Qatar 🇶🇦  won.

In Ivory Coast on the African continent, the annual African Cup competition known as AFCON finals took place and Ivory Coast emerged winners against a formidable Nigeria's Green Eagles. Celebrations are on going around the world. 

As believers, we cannot totally be disassociate from all these events since we live in some of the participating countries or continents. Congratulations to winners and all participants,and better luck next time to losers. Let's also  give the Almighty thanks for His grace, peace and protection for making all the events successful. 

Connecting all these events mentioned above to the Scriptures, we can see a new Era of good players and teams emerging. We encourage all countries to see the beginning of the beginning for all countries even for the winners. 

As believers, let's reflect on Today's devotion and prayer advantages below.

Devotion:

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, as we embark on this journey of devotion, let us meditate on the promise found in Isaiah 43:19. Our God is a God of new beginnings, and He is constantly at work in our lives, creating paths in the midst of challenges and bringing life to the seemingly barren areas.

As believers, we can find comfort and hope in the assurance that God is orchestrating something new for each one of us. It might not always be evident at first, but His plans are perfect and unfold in His perfect timing. Just as a new day brings new opportunities, our faith in Christ assures us of a fresh start, filled with His grace and mercy.

 *PRAYER ADVANTAGE* 

Wisdom Prayer Bullets:

1. Gracious Father, thank you for the promise of new beginnings. Help us to trust in Your timing and embrace the changes You bring into our lives.

2. Heavenly Lord, open our eyes to perceive the new things You are doing in and around us. Let us not be blinded by past struggles but instead focus on the hope that comes through Your transformative power.

3. Lord Jesus, as we step into this new season, we surrender our fears and uncertainties to You. Fill our heart with faith and confidence in Your guiding hand.

4.Holy Spirit, empower us to let go of the old and embrace the new opportunities and challenges that come our way. Grant us the strength to walk boldly in the direction You lead.

5.Sovereign God, we place our future in Your hands, knowing that Your plans for us are good. May our lives be a testimony to Your faithfulness and love.

May this devotion serve as a reminder that, in Christ, we are constantly offered a chance for renewal and a fresh start. As we trust in His promises, let us anticipate the new beginnings He has in store for each one of us. Amen.
