DAILY WISDOM-21ST JANUARY 2024

Dear Faithful Family, 

Good Day!

How are you doing?

When was the last time you fell sick?

What did you do apart from going to the hospital ?

In times of illness, let's incorporate turning to the healing promises of Scripture. Let's  start our day with Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases." Let's reflect on God's compassion and willingness to heal.

Lets pray with conviction, using Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord." Let's trust in God's restorative power and declare our faith in His healing touch.

Let's continue with James 5:14-15, "Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well." Seek the support of your spiritual community, believing in the efficacy of fervent prayers.

Let's close our devotion with a prayer:

 "Heavenly Father, we come before you with faith, believing in Your promise of healing. We surrender our illness to You, trusting in Your mercy and grace. May Your healing power flow through us, restoring health to our body, mind, and spirit. In Jesus' name, amen."
